Kerala, God’s own country, is one of the most unique states in India! Blessed by a rich & diverse culture, there’s something magical in the air that makes us want to explore Kerala all the time. To start on this exploration trip across God’s own country, we’ve chosen our favorite gems of all that we’d like to show you all!

Our journey starts in Munnar, a hill station located in the western ghats. Here we visit the famous Cheeyapara & Vallarta waterfalls, truly nature’s gems! The best thing about Munnar? It is an amazing location for self-exploration as well. Following that, we hike to the Lakshmi hills; amidst nature with spectacular views. However, a trip to Munnar isn’t complete until we go for tea tasting! All the chai lovers in the house, this is a must. And before heading leaving Munnar, we visit the Eravikulam national park to experience nature at its best!

Kerala is also famous for its spices and so we head out on a guided tour of the spice plantation at Thekkady; spend the evening boating at Periyar Lake and enjoying the Kadhakali Kalari show! A trip to Kerala also calls for a houseboat cruise in Kumarakom to slow down and enjoy the beauty around. Kerala’s most popular destination! However a trip to Jatayu Earth center! DAY 01  Mumbai / Pune To Ernakulam Junction
  • We board the Netravati Express at 11:40 AM from LTT , with additional boarding options available at Thane and Panvel
  • Individuals originating from Pune commence their travel in the morning by embarking on the Pragati Express, subsequently uniting with us at the Thane location.

DAY 02 Reach Ernakulam Journey To Munnar
  • Upon reaching Aluva on 1:00pm, we will proceed to the captivating hill station of Munnar,Embark on a 130 KM, 4-hour drive to the breathtaking destination of Munnar.
  • Upon your arrival, check-in at the hotel, where you can unwind and prepare for the remarkable experiences ahead.
  • Enjoy a evening, soaking in the serene atmosphere of Munnar. Your overnight stay in Munnar promises
  • tranquility and comfort.

DAY 03 Munnar Sightseeing
  • Your day starts with a perfect breakfast. After breakfast, we begin our sightseeing tour.
  • We will explore the region's natural wonders, including the Mattupetty Dam, the captivating Echo Point, Tea Garden Choclate factory and other some points.
  • Elephant safari that promises to be a unique and memorable experience.For those seeking thrilling adventures, you can try Munnar's highest zipline
  • After sightseeing, enjoy an overnight stay in Suryaneeli.

DAY 04 Kolukkumalai Trek & Thekkedy
  • Wake up early at 3:00 AM, freshen up, and then start our journey to Kolukkumalai Peak for sunrise via a fully off-road jeep safari through the tea gardens.
  • Upon reaching Kolukkumalai Peak, enjoy the sunrise, and then visit Jaguar Point. Afterward, we return to the hotel for breakfast before starting our journey toward Thekkady.
  • If we arrive in Thekkady on time, we will visit Periyar National Park. In the evening, we will enjoy cultural shows, including Kadathanadan Kalari and Navarasa Kathakali.
  • Enjoy an overnight stay in Thekkady.

DAY 05 Alleepy Backwaters & Houseboat Stay 
  • After a fulfilling breakfast, it's time to bid farewell to Thekkady and make your way to Alleppey, often referred to as the "Venice of the East."
  • Here, you will embark on an unforgettable journey aboard an Alleppey Houseboat, where you will glide through the tranquil backwaters and picturesque paddy fields
  • Your overnight stay on the houseboat ensures a unique and peaceful experience.

DAY 06 Jatayu statue , island , temple visit
  • Wake up and have breakfast on the houseboat. After check-in, we started our journey towards our next destination.
  • We visited Munroe Island and enjoyed boating there. After that, we went to see the Jatayu Statue. Then, we headed towards Thiruvananthapuram.
  • Our journey then took us to the vibrant city of Trivandram. As evening fell, we visited the revered Padmanabhaswamy Temple to seek blessings & experience its spiritual ambiance.
  • Conclude the day with a comfortable stay, followed by a dinner that promises to be a perfect end to a memorable day.

DAY 07  Kanyakumari exploration
  • After savoring a delicious breakfast, we set off for the enchanting destination of Kanyakumari.
  • On the way we visit Azimala Shiv Temple
  • Visit to the iconic Vivekananda Rock Memorial, where we soak in the profound serenity and inspiring history. We then explore the picturesque Kanyakumari Beach, marveling at the awe-inspiring confluence of three oceans.
  • As the sun sets, we embark on a scenic journey back to Thiruvananthapuram. Upon arrival, we check into our cozy hotel and enjoy a delightful dinner, wrapping up a day filled with unforgettable experiences.

DAY 08  Mumbai / Pune Return journey
  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and catch the train from Thiruvananthapuram to Mumbai. Begin your return journey towards Mumbai and Pune.

Cancellation Policy
  • In case of cancellation from the organiser’s end (due to Lockdown, Or any Natural calamities including,snowstorms, thunderstorms, floods, landslides, earthquakes, bad weather or unexpected political unrest, terrorism activity, curfews, riots, or government orders), We will Refund the amount in 30 Days

  • In case a client wishes to change the trek date, Maharashtra Desha Adventure reserves the right to do so, provided the request is made 30 daysprior to the initial departure date.
  • Booking amount is Non-Refundable.
  • Refunds will be made within 7-14 working days from the date of cancellation 
  • The refund amount will be calculated from the total fee, in case any partial payment has been made
  • No refund is applicable on cancellation if Advance Amount is Paid to Book the Trek.Cancellation charges are based on the total trek fee, irrespective of the amount paid either full or partial.
